Every dollar is really appreciated and I've been so surprised how members of the blogging community have helped me to raise money toradws Breast Cancer Research! I've really been stepping up my training on the treadmill. I'm up to going the whole distance now, 5K on my treadmill. I can't run the entire distance but I am running for a lot of it. I've never run on the road so hopefully that won't be harder on the actual day!

I'm glad to hear your Mom has been improving and is out of isolation. Hopefuly its onwards and upwads from here and she'll be back home in no time!

Your cottages are looking great and I look forward to your HD! Have you decided your next start?

I'm wondering, are or do you go to the Creativ Festival in October?Dani - tkdchickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08304768491192625890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18201870.post-27300134426729210262008-09-25T21:58:00.000-04:002008-09-25T21:58:00.000-04:00I'm glad to hear Mom is doing a bit better. I'm glad you don't have too far to go to see her.
You were asking about the stitches on the JD album.
Yup they are a bit tricky and the directions are very good. I've not done this Mosaic muse before so it is a learning thing. Ann has been a great help. We stitch on it every 2 weeks together.[8 of us]
Garden cottage looks very nice.
I'm trying very hard to not start another project. I have to finish Bling. I've worked on her most of the week.
Your gifty from Staci is very pretty.
Take care and stitch with happy fingers Judy.
All the best, BeatriceBeatricehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13715904501617569656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18201870.post-15361680643169485522008-09-25T02:51:00.000-04:002008-09-25T02:51:00.000-04:00Hi Judy, I'm so glad that your Mum is feeling abit...Hi Judy, I'm so glad that your Mum is feeling abit better. Hopefully she will be firing on all cylinders soon.
Thank you for the lovely comments regarding my work. It's nice to be appreciated.
Thanks also for the advice on the book. I don't think my son would read it. I bought him the new Eragon book on the weekend. It was finished by Monday night.
I've been away down at my Dad's for a few days. My middle son plays lawn bowls and was in a huge bowls tournament. He ended up in the finals and had to play the current Australian champion. Unfortunately, although he played the other guy played even better. But we found out that the chap that he played lost his next game.
Your bluebell is looking lovely. Another happy dance is on the horizon.
Hope Mum continues to improve - take care = Sandra.samplerloverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17963651957114053583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18201870.post-45822004713070826792008-09-23T20:38:00.000-04:002008-09-23T20:38:00.000-04:00Oh, this is going to be SO gorgeous! Hopefully she continues to improve quickly. I'm sure her appetite will improve when she is where she can have more normal and appealing food than what most hospitals can serve. Somehow their meals just don't have the same hunger inducing factor as homemade ones do. I'll keep her in my thoughts that if she goes to a rehap center after leaving the hospital that it is close to you. Your visits I'm sure are helping her to recover faster, as well as helping to keep up her spirits.
Suestitcherwhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11795367484568298951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18201870.post-53457950543677617682008-09-20T20:56:00.000-04:002008-09-20T20:56:00.000-04:00I will keep good thoughts for you mom. I shall keep you and she in my prayers. Your progress on the CCN cottages is great! And I know Carly Simon wrote a lot of songs, so I bet the other two ladies would have too! :O)
Keep Smiling!Vonna Pfeifferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16483344299817504410noreply@blogger.com
